Neuro-linguistic programming - This is a specific direction of practical psychology and psychotherapy, based on the process of copying conscious or unconscious verbal and non-verbal behaviors of subjects who have achieved success in a certain area. Neuro is a way of human thinking, worldview, stereotypes, originated as a result of contact with the environment and society. The followers of neuro-linguistic programming are convinced that the key to business success, in the first turn, is in the individual, and the study of the way of thinking allows us to reveal the internal resources of the individual. Linguistic is the language of man, that is, is an integral part of human existence. Initially, people do not think about the importance of speech in the social environment. Learning to understand speech structures and managing linguistic constructions plays a pivotal role in the modern world, in which the ability for communicative interaction is increasingly valued.
Programming is an understanding that the individual himself controls his own life through strategies akin to a computer that uses special programs to achieve its goals. Comprehending the strategies through which actors regulate their own lives, they provide a choice for themselves: to continue to act or to try to develop their potential and personal effectiveness. In essence, the neuro-linguistic programming method is the study of one's own mental activity, behavioral reactions and speech potential, with which a person can build a whole set of effective strategies that promote decision making, building relationships, new beginnings and accomplishments, managing groups of individuals, creating harmony in their existence. The man in all that he did not commit, uses strategies. However, more often, such strategies dwell outside his consciousness. Often, subjects simply do not realize why they act in this way, and not otherwise.
