The development process is fueled by the internal desires of the subject, a variety of methods of implementation, which will help in the future for their own implementation. Formation occurs smoothly, rooted in childhood and continuing to youth. A.V. Petrovsky described three periods of personalization: the era of childhood, the era of adolescence and the era of youth.
The epoch of childhood is characterized by the superiority of adaptation over individualization, the age from the moment of birth of a child to the primary school age is characterized by adaptation to the entire outside world.
In the era of adolescence enters a transitional age and individualization prevails at this time, since the adolescent is drawn to freedom, and makes every effort to search for the vocation of society. And finally, the era of youth, the importance of this period means the definition of life position, gaining independence, the choice of a future profession - self-realization. A person can plan his future, a worldview is being formed, an awareness of social status is taking place. At the end of the era of youth, social maturity is almost formed.
So, personalization is the most important process in the formation of special skills and abilities, it has an impact on a person’s position, initiative, objectively assessing his talent and inclinations, determining for himself the main role in society. A significant nuance here is the position of adults in communicating with their child. The main thing is not to give adult beliefs to negatively change the formation of the inner world in children.
